Charles R Burt, CPA

As a certified CPA, Charles has been practicing in Dallas-Fort Worth for over 35 years. He has practiced mostly tax, with associated consulting to high wealth individuals and closely held companies. Charles has experience in real estate, oil and gas, estate and gift, and several manufacturing companies. And is a 1980 graduate of Pacific Union College in Napa County California.

Lisa N Lace, CPA, MSA

Lisa received her Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2011 and her CPA certification in 2012. She has been providing individuals and small business with tax services since 2011. Lisa specializes in oil and gas, ranching/farming, and foreign asset/individual taxes.

HISTORY

The Company now called Burt & Lace, LLP was originally formed in October 2002 by Jerry Lane, Daniel Gorman, Charles Burt, Carl Vance, and Bobby Mike under the name Lane, Gorman, Burt & Vance, LLP. In September of 2012, after the passing and retirement of 4 original partners Charles Burt brought on Lisa Lace as a new partner. Though it wasn’t until we moved into our new location that we changed our name to Burt & Lace, LLP to more accurately reflect the partners of the firm. With over 40 years of experience between the partners of Burt & Lace we have the tools necessary to help your business and your family with all your tax and accounting needs.
